Mr. Zehm calls the form. Mr. Tapa demonstrates the 8th Hyung, Pyung Ahn Oh Dan (the 5th and final Pyung Ahn form). This form is required for 2nd Gup.

Mr. Zehm calls the form. Mr. Tapa demonstrates the 7th Hyung, Pyung Ahn Sah Dan (the 4th Pyung Ahn form). This form is required for 3rd Gup.

Spring Schedule 2011

Spring Community Ed Session begins April 7, 2011.

Thursday night Classes:
Thursday night classes are run through the Duluth school system's Community Ed program. Class runs for 1.5 hours and is a perfect place to begin. All belt levels meet at Central High School.

Location: 800 E. Central Entrance, Duluth, MN.

Teacher: Mr. Tapa or Mr. Zehm

Time: 6:00-7:30 PM, Thursdays

Cost: $26 for 7 classes

Dates: April 7 - May 26 (no class 4/21)

Classes are for all people ages 12 and older and families are encouraged to train together.

You can sign up on the first day of class or pre-register on line through the Duluth Community Ed School system's website. Class # 4520.

Monday night Classes:
Monday night classes are run separately from the Community Ed classes. Monday classes are held for 2 hours and often include in-depth training. All belts will continue to meet on Mondays at NSTKD Studio.

Time: 6:30-8:30 PM

Cost: $5 per class
